The facility is clean, and the environment isn't distracting, but the level of service that I have gotten from a masseuse really does vary from masseuse to masseuse. At best, I have a 6-Star massage that gives me energy to enjoy my day. At worst, I'm having a lackluster experience with a masseuse who isn't putting any effort into it. I will err on the side of caution to recognize the efforts of those who try, but there's certainly some masseuses here I will not ask to see again.
